"Alesia Abell has been wonderful to work with and is all about customer service. Unfortunately I had a broken pipe under my house and without water for several weeks. I had a difficult time connecting with the adjuster. After multiple attempts and reaching everyone's voice mail, I became very upset and even angry. I called Alesia and told her about the difficult time I was having. She apologized and said let her make a few calls. Magically the claim adjuster's office called me and put me in touch with an adjuster and even gave me his private cell number. Later that night, the adjuster personally called me to set up an appointment to come to my house for the inspection. I'm so thankful and appreciative that Alesia stepped in. State Farms needs more agents like her, that truly care about people and what they are going through."
